Track Pitch respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using Track Pitch.
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that content on Track Pitch infringes your copyright, please submit a notification containing the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it.
- Your contact information (address, phone number, email).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake.
- Your name, address, and phone number.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of federal court in your district.
Repeat Infringers
Track Pitch will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
