Brand guidelines

Use Track Pitch clearly and truthfully

These rules keep partner, press, conference, venue, artist, and badge uses aligned with the product people actually see.

Voice and Positioning

Track Pitch should sound professional, direct, music-native, and grounded in real workflows.

Primary descriptor: Track Pitch is the professional identity, reputation, and coordination layer for the global music industry.

Long descriptor: Track Pitch gives artists, venues, promoters, labels, fans, and music professionals one trusted platform for verified profiles, SignalRank reputation, discovery, booking workflows, events, editorial coverage, and marketplace coordination.

Tone: Use practical language for artists, venues, promoters, labels, fans, and operators. Avoid hype that suggests guaranteed discovery, ranking, revenue, booking, or press outcomes.

Logo Usage

Use only approved logo files from the press kit and preserve their shape.

Approved files: Use the Track Pitch mark, dark wordmark, or light lockup from /press-kit. Do not redraw, recolor, skew, stretch, outline, or add shadows to the logo.

Clear space: Keep clear space around the logo equal to at least the height of the mark's inner note shape, or 16px on small digital placements.

Minimum size: Keep the standalone mark at least 32px wide on screen and the wordmark at least 120px wide unless an approved app-icon placement requires less.

Color

Use the approved Track Pitch color set from the press kit.

Pitch Purple: #8b5cf6 is approved for brand, press, and partner materials.

Signal Cyan: #06b6d4 is approved for brand, press, and partner materials.

Stage Black: #09090f is approved for brand, press, and partner materials.

Text White: #ffffff is approved for brand, press, and partner materials.

Neutral Zinc: #a1a1aa is approved for brand, press, and partner materials.

Typography

Use the same type system as the product unless a partner template requires a fallback.

Primary type: Use Inter for headlines, body copy, navigation, and most marketing surfaces.

Data type: Use JetBrains Mono for rankings, scores, timestamps, route labels, code, and compact data labels.

Fallbacks: When brand fonts are unavailable, use a neutral sans-serif for Inter and a system monospace for JetBrains Mono.

Product Screenshots

Use current product screenshots from the press kit and preserve product truth.

Source: Use screenshots from /press-kit or approved launch evidence captures. Do not use outdated or fabricated product states.

Privacy: Crop or redact private user, payment, message, email, and unreleased artist data before any external use.

Context: Caption screenshots by product surface, such as SignalRank, events, dashboard, discovery, or public profiles.

Powered by Track Pitch

Badge use is reviewed and approval-gated.

Approval required: Artists, venues, and event series must apply through /powered-by-track-pitch and receive an approved asset before using the badge.

Meaning: The badge means the public surface routes to Track Pitch identity, event, booking, or discovery workflows. It does not mean Track Pitch sponsors or endorses the artist, venue, or event.

Placement: Place the badge near the profile, event, EPK, booking, or lineup context it supports, with enough surrounding space to read it clearly.

Legal and Partner Boundaries

External use must not overstate the relationship or product claims.

Boundary: Do not imply Track Pitch sponsorship, certification, investment, partnership, or endorsement unless a signed agreement says so.

Boundary: Do not use Powered by Track Pitch badges until the badge request has been approved and the final asset has been issued.

Boundary: Do not describe SignalRank as a paid ranking, guarantee, chart replacement, or label-signing decision engine.

Boundary: Do not crop product screenshots in a way that exposes private user data or misrepresents available product functionality.
